 PHILIP C. BANKS is a
native of Bryan, Texas in Brazos County. Philip is a
descendant of a pioneer ranching family that settled in the
Brazos Valley when Texas was still a Republic.
Mr. Banks is a second
generation Texas A & M Aggie (Class of 1973), whose father
Dr. W.C. "Bill" Banks (Class of 1941) was a distinguished
professor at Texas A&M University in Veterinary
Medicine.
For the past century
numerous members of Mr. Banks' family have practiced law in
Brazos County and the surrounding areas. His grandfather and
two uncles inspired Mr. Banks to follow in their
footsteps.
