I have spent the past thirty years of my life practicing criminal and civil law in Brazos County, Texas as well as regularly in Robertson, Madison, Grimes, Leon, and Washington Counties, and across the state.

My grandfather, two great uncles, many cousins and other relatives too numerous to mention all practiced law in the Brazos Valley. My daughter, Amy A. Banks, has joined my firm as an associate attorney, so I know the family tradition will continue.

Our office is located in the beautiful Historic District of Downtown Bryan, TX, at 500 East 29th Street, just a short drive from College Station, TX and Texas A&M University.
